CHAMPIONSHIP side Cardiff City showed their class in a friendly match at Tavistock on Monday night that attracted hundreds of supporters.

Cardiff manager Neil Warnock fielded a strong line-up against the Lambs to provide a crowd of around 550 with a glimpse of the talented side he is assembling for the 2017/18 season.

After a strong first half showing, the visitors coasted home to victory 7-2. Tavistock came out of the match with a great deal of credit and will have learned a lot from the experience.
