ON a lovely sunny morning the large schools from the Tavistock area – Bere Alston, Horrabridge, St Andrew’s, Whitchurch, St Peter’s and Tavistock met at Crowndale to play in the annual OCRA Tavistock Large Schools’ football tournament.

The semi-finals were contested by St Andrew’s A, Tavistock A, Bere Alston and Whitchurch with St Andrew’s A and Bere Alston winning through to the final which was won by St Andrew’s.
