WITH no grass pitches in play throughout West Devon the DJM played a few matches on all weather pitches including Tavistock’s pitch at Crowndale.

Heavy hail showers did not stop a quality performance by the attacking Tavistock Thistles U16s.

Quick short passing and lots of wing play saw them rip their opponents apart in difficult conditions.

This takes the team above half way in their league.
