TAVISTOCK Community FC?ladies started without the usual line up and with new player Megan Miller stepping up to play Shaldon Villa in the quarter finals of the Devon Cup. 

The game got off to a quick start with Tavistock applying a lot of pressure.  Shaldon attempted some counter attacking play only to be swept up quickly by Bammens, Cox, Pearse and Moloney. 

Tavistock finally broke through with link play between Miller and Mills-Hicks passing a through ball to Turner, who finished superbly.  Quick passing from Jones through to Gordon who put a ball in over the top and Turner blasted it passed the keeper.  Second half great pressure sustained by Hone and Small saw the game out to 2-0 and Tavistock into the next round of the cup.
