FEELING inspired by Team GB in this summer's Olympics and want to try running or just want to come back to running after a break? The sessions on the track at Tavistock College could be just what you are looking for.

Saturday, September 8 sees the return of the popular ladies only track session.  These sessions are coached by Dotty Allan, UKA Level 3 endurance coach (during term time), 10am to 11am and are open to all abilities. Beginners can join at any time. These sessions regularly see 35+ ladies on the track.

On Monday, September 10 the men only sessions re-start with all sessions on the track at 8pm.  All abilities are welcome to join in this session. All sessions cost £2 — unless you are a member of a running club and the cost is £1 per session. All proceeds go towards the cost of track hire/floodlights.

Dotty will be working with Active Devon and Running England from September with an emphasis on encouraging new runners to the sessions, so whether you want to improve your running technique or times or just want to give running a go you, are more than welcome to drop in and out of these sessions. All abilities are catered for.
