POINT-to-Point horse racing takes place on Sunday at Cherrybrook, near Tavistock, where the course offers a stunning view overlooking Dartmoor.

Six races are on the card, with the Condy Mathias sponsored members' race starting the day at 1pm. Other races include a mixed open sponsored by Charles Stanley Investments, which has attracted some quality horses including Welstonedruid and Kirkleigh from leading area trainer Robert Chanin's yard, and the prolific winning mare Lucette Annie, trained by Simon Partridge, could give jockey Darren Edwards another win to follow-up on his double at Great Trethew last weekend.

Exeter Racecourse sponsor the intermediate race, which is a qualifier for the Intermediate Hunter Chase final to be held at Exeter Racecourse and the Connolly's Red Mills Intermediate Hunter Chase Final to be held at Cheltenham. Entries include recent winners Sir Watty,The Mythologist and Master Hooper.

On course facilities include hot food, bar, bookies and a host of trade stands.

Entrance is £10 car and driver, £5 extra passengers. The course is signed from the A386.
