YELVERTON Bohemians Cricket Club U15s completed their 2015 season with a comprehensive victory over Plympton in the West Devon Youth League Cup final at Tavistock CC.

Batting first YBCC scored a competitive 118-4 with Ben Payne (28 not out). Ben Jones (24) and George Spencer (20 not out) all scored 20s after a steady opening partnership from Luke Julyan (13) and Jack Smyly (16).  

Plympton were never in the chase after losing five early wickets with all the bowlers contributing - James Casey (3-14), Sudhan Sudhakar (2-11), George Spencer (2-17), Steph Hutchins (2-2), Daniel Farnham (1-13) and a tight spell from Will Ingram. Man of the match went to George Spencer for his all round effort.

Victory in the final meant that the team completed a league and cup double-winning all their matches in the West Devon Youth League this summer and reaching the Devon Cup Final before losing out to Exeter.
