Lewdown firsts v Chagford

VISITORS Chagford were skittled out for 116 thanks to tight bowling from Tom Pengelly 3-10, Harry Williams 2-12 and Nicholas Smith 2-12.

Lewdown reached the total but not without some resistance from bottom of the league Chagford. Dave Ball was the main scorer with 45 and helped with contributions from Adam Creasy 26 and Ed Squire 22.

Lewdown (18 points) beat Chagford (4pts) by five wickets.
