IT was the turn of the Cotehele Quay Gig Club Under 14s squad to impress onlookers at the Mevagissey Regatta on June 24.

The juniors put their all into the race, managing to come third from seven crews taking part. This follows their successful start to the season at Pendeen in April when they took first place.

The ladies’ B crew also put on a sterling performance, coming fifth from 15. The club came fifth overall out of 18, fielding eight crews.
