LAMERTON Pony Club continued its show jumping success at the South West Pony Club Area Show jumping on Sunday. Lizzie Langton competed as an individual in the intermediate section and came second. She rode well in difficult conditions as the ground was wet, and was one of only four double clears. Lizzie's result has qualified her for the Pony Club Area Championships for the third time. Charlotte Barron also rode well to come 6th as an individual in the novice section. The two junior teams were brilliant in the pre-novice section. Ellen Lawrence, Heidi Littlejohns, Katrina Henwood and Freya Jones won the 'Tack and Turnout' and came second as a team in the show jumping, with Heidi Littlejohns being placed second individually. Abi Kendall, Joanne Smith and Ella Stokes came 7th in the team show jumping and Abi Kendall was placed 5th individually.
