TAVISTOCK played their final game of the season on Saturday. More than 50 club members enjoyed a men’s captain v lady’s captain competition which ended in a draw, 172-172. After the game players, with relatives and friends they enjoyed a barbecue. The green will be closed until April next year but short mat bowls will start next week and run throughout the winter.
