TAVISTOCK Athletic Club member Amy Kiteley said that she is well on the way to completing 20 races on behalf of Cancer Research UK. She ran the Plymouth and the Ruby Run half marathons in June but had to rest because of injury. Amy completed twelfth race in the 6 Moor Miles last month and more recently her 13th in the Totnes 10k.

She said: 'I have only raised a quarter of my target of a £1,000 to date but anything will be a bonus for the charity! My next four races will take place in September one weekend after the other — the Ivybridge Beacon challenge, the Truro half marathon, the Autumn trail and the Templer ten!
