A 16-YEAR-OLD West Devon youth has been found not guilty of rape and indecent assault following a four-day trial at Exeter Crown Court.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was acquitted after being accused of raping a 12-year-old girl and sexually assaulting another of the same age.

The allegations related to an incident in a supermarket car park in West Devon in March last year.
