THE date for Okehampton Carnival has now been set: October 16 ? and organisers are looking for the royalty for this year.
The carnival committee is appealing for both Prince and Princess and a Queen. The Prince and Princess must be over three and under 11 and entered as a pair. A grant will be given to the winning pair to help with costume and decorating the float. The Queen must be over 11.
In the event of more than one entrant, an election will take place.
