Mayor of Tavistock Ken Sanders will be holding a reception at the council offices to
welcome the German visitors.
A group of youngsters from Tavistock visited Celle near Hanover during the Easter holiday.
Tavistock's Anglo-German youth exchange did not take place last year because of the foot and mouth crisis.
This will be the 49th youth exchange and organisers are already looking forward to making the 50th exchange next year a very special occasion.
