THE Wharf in Tavistock was all ablaze with bright shades of orange when local writers got together for the fifth Teatime Literary Delights. Autumn leaves was the theme of the meeting and everyone was invited to wear something orange. A prize was given for the best orange outfit. Winners were Jan Robinson for her orange bath sponges, used as brooches, Jean Cannon for her bath towel, used as a skirt, and Ann Pulsford for her large orange feathered hat, from Tilly Whims. The event was dedicated to Enid Gill who died earlier this year, as she was a local figure as a poet. Pictured left to right are David Mann, Jan Robinson, Ann Pulsford, and Jean Cannon.
