FISH lovers are invited to take part in a sea and river fish cookery workshop organised by Westden next month. The Fish 4 Thought workshop, lead by tutor Felicity Sylvester, will be a chance to learn simple fish preparation and recipes. It runs from 10am to 2pm at the Parish Rooms, Plymouth Road, Tavistock on Thursday, October 5 and costs £15 including ingredients, lunch, a pocket good fish guide and recipe leaflets. The emphasis will be on cooking with local and seasonal produce and on using sustainable fish species such as Cornish mackerel and pollack. For details call 0845 3455077.
