A WOMAN suffered serious injuries after she was involved in a vehicle collision at Collacombe Cross, Lamerton last Thursday just after 3pm. The casualty was in a Peugeot 206 when it was in collision with a Daihatsu Fourtrack. Tavistock firefighters removed the woman from the car using hydraulic rescue equipment. She was then taken by Devon Air Ambulance to hospital, where her injuries were said to be serious but not life threatening. The road was closed until almost 7pm.
