A SIX-hour walk sets off from Lydford High Down on Saturday, November 10, and all are welcome to join.

It is one in a series of six Moorland Guides Winter Walks led by Peter Challis and starts at 9.30am at Lydford High Down where there is free parking (GR 526855) and follows a route via Dicks Well, Great Kneeset to Cranmere Pool and back via Little Kneeset.

The cost is £10. Full outdoor weather clothes are needed for all conditions.
