Winners at Sir Francis bowling

AT Sir Francis Drake Bowls Club in Tavistock the ladies championship winner was Mrs A Brown with the runner-up Mrs M Allen.

The handicap winner was Mrs A Brown and the runner-up Mrs M Paramor while in the two wood the winner Mrs H Lovell with the runner-up Mrs M Allen.

The men's championship was won by M Allen with E Piper the runner- up. The men's handicap winner was M Allen, runner-up N Paramor; the two wood winner was M Allen, runner-up G Blackburn. Kerswill winner G Blackburn and runner up G Scott; pairs winners D Bradford and V Stacey, runners-up R Kelly and G Scott. Mixed pairs winners D Bradford and Mrs H Lovell, runners-up Mrs P Bradley and N Paramor.

Triples winners were D Saunders Mrs A Brown V Stacey, runners-up Mrs P Bradley Mrs M Paramor and C Jago, Bryan Parker winner was M Allen, runner-up Mrs M Allen. Friday Club triples winners were F Welch, A Smith, M Felles and N Paramor.
