UNABLE to get to Goose Fair I, along with many others living on the 79 and 79a bus route from Callington to Gunnislake were disappointed not be able to actually get into Tavistock on Goose Fair day, due to the fact all of the buses were full before they even reached Gunnislake.   I tried to board a bus at 10.20am without success, so I went home quickly and then back straight out to the bus stop for the next hourly bus. Unfortunately, the next bus was also too full for me to board. Surely, Citybus must have known that Goose Fair would be busy, especially as Tavistock Town Council were asking people not to drive in, so why oh why were extra buses not put on this route? I was going to help out in a charity shop, so I was upset that I had let them down. There were many other people who were also very upset at this lack of transport. The cuts to the 79 and 79a service from half hourly to hourly are now beginning to prove too much for many travellers on that route. Mrs S Baggett Gunnislake
