WHETHER we approve of the siting of our new library at Tavistock or the method and style of building — no matter — at long last it is a reality and we now have a 'state of the art' facility with all manner of the very latest technology.
Why then do we still retain the archaic practice of 'half-day' closing on Wednesday? Can someone explain please?
