TAVISTOCK League decider against Brixham did not go according to plan.

Determination from Tavistock in the first quarter kept them in Brixham's 22, creating space for prop Claire White to score under the posts.

But Tavistock's discipline and momentum dropped allowing the Brixham backs to break through and gain a confident lead by half-time.

The second half saw a more committed Tavistock side up their game and camp in Brixham's half.

Tavistock had a disallowed try, but frustration got the better of them and a high tackle on the wing gave Brixham a penalty try.

Tavistock backs put in some excellent tackling but Brixham's pace and determination was just too much for the home side.
