WHITCHURCH Wayferers Ladies Cricket team are celebrating their tenth year in season 2011.
The side will be contesting in the second division of the Devon Women's League. Last season the team got relegated from division one after eight seasons in the top flight. This season they will be also involved in a twenty20 competition for the first time and have friendlies planned with some of the division one teams, so there will be plenty of cricket for the girls to be involved in.
Prior to the season, they have two indoor training sessions planned for Sunday February 13 and 20, at Tavistock College Sports hall between 10am and 12 noon.
