A PHARMACIST and part-time minister from Delaware has just returned from an arduous and successful cycle ride from John O'Groats to Land's End. With only minimal training and carrying all his own equipment, David Stolton completed the journey, without backup, in two weeks camping overnight along the way. On his way through he made a detour to his home church, the Tamar Valley Methodist Church, where he was welcomed and congratulated by Superintendent Minister Martyn Smith and some members of the congregation. David's inspiration was to raise funds for the Save the Children Fund and he is well on the way to reaching his personal target of £2,000.
