KEEN walkers and bird lovers are invited to take part in a winter bird-watching walk with the Dartmoor Preservation Association on Sunday, January 13.

The walk will be led by DPA trustee and Dartmoor wildlife expert Phil Page, and will last approximately three hours, covering open moorland and woodland, giving participants a chance to see the different birds that favour each habitat.

No dogs are allowed on the walk and people are advised not to wear bright coloured clothing if they want to get close to the birds.
