South West Lakes Trust is continuing its guided walks programme with a walk at Burrator Reservoir on Sunday May 30.

The three and a half mile walk will focus on the history of farming in the catchment, historic farming practice, current farming practice and agricultural environment schemes and benefits to wildlife, conservation and protection of archaeology.

The walk is free of charge and is mostly off-road.

Walkers should meet conservation officer Neil Reeves at 11am at Burrator Quarry Car Park, with their own refreshments and packed lunch. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
