NORTH and East Dartmoor Vintage Working Society are holding their annual working day at Whiddon Down on Saturday, September 22.
Engines start at 10.30am and throughout the day, many vehicles and implements will be working or on show. The main attraction will be two steam engines displaying how their used to steam plough and prepare the fields for crops.
There will be refreshments and toilets on site at the day, at Gooseford Farm. Parking is free, with an entrance fee of £4 for adults.
All profits are to go to local charities.
The farm is between Whiddon Down and Sticklepath, and will be signposted from the A382 and A30.
