THE second Tavistock Vintage and Textile Fair took place on Friday October 21 and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who attended on the day and helped make it a success.

Also, the traders who set up from 7am and all the staff at the town hall and the pannier market for their help.

The event also raised £195.50 for the Devon Air Ambulance at the door.

The next event is to be staged on Saturday Fenruary 11 2012, again in the town hall, which we are all looking forward to.
