YELVERTON Golf Club played the first round of the Jim Ball Trophy last week in windy conditions.
Division one winners were Eric Bradshaw, on 35 points, Eric Whyte and David Kelly on 31 points and Mike Ayres, 29. Winners in division two were Graham Steen and Michael Martin, 29 pts, Jack Bovingdon, 28 with Brian Medhurst, Dave Hitchcock and Bob Griffin with 27 points. David Jeremiah scored a 'two'.
