MEAT?lovers looking to try something new only had to make the trip to Meavy over the bank holiday weekend to try some very unusual burgers.

The Royal?Oak pub in the heart of the village held its wild barbecue weekend — among the exotic burgers on offer were crocodile, ostrich, bison, buffalo and black pepper, wild boar and even Dartmoor pony.
