TAVISTOCK Girls travelled to Looe for their first match of the season with new coaches Mark and Gail McMullin.
Tavistock were by far the stronger side in the first half and with McMullin and Davey linking up well the goals started. Sarah Barratt was outstanding in defence and Chloe Bassett directed her team well until having to leave through injury.
Tavistock scored 8 goals in the first half but the second half saw Looe battling back and although Honey dived and got her finger tips to the shot, Looe pulled one back. Tavistock kept possession and scored 4 more goals.
