A THERAPEUTIC art group for older learners will be beginning in September with the aim of attracting older people who want to socialise while pursuing their interest in painting and drawing.

The class aims to serve as an introduction to painting and how to unlock your creativity. Learners will explore the techniques of painting using watercolour and acrylics and is especially suitable for older people with limited physical dexterity.

The group meets on Monday mornings at Okehampton Community College with classes starting in early September.
