OKEHAMPTON Medical Centre has announced the appointment of two new GPs to the practice.
Dr Lucy Loveday and Dr Craig Barker who will be joining the practice in September and October respectively.
This follows the departure of Dr Mark Collyer who, after six years of dedicated service to his patients at Okehampton Medical Centre, has left the practice for pastures new.
Dr Collyer’s patients are requested not to ask to change GPs as the other partners will continue to provide them with on-going continuity of care.
Dr Tim Watson, partner at the centre, said: ‘The partners thank and recognise the valuable contribution Mark has made to his patients and to the practice since 2009 and wish him well for the future. He will be missed by colleagues and patients alike.’
