TREE surfing is an adrenaline-pumping, heart-thumping bird's eye experience and there is the chance to see a new course at an open day in West Devon this Saturday.
The open day, on June 20 from 9.30am to 1pm, takes place at Tree Surfers at Woodlands, Gulworthy. As well as seeing the newly built ropes course, there will be the opportunity to see one of the UK's few tree surfers 'ride' the tree branches.
A complex of ladders, rope bridges, zip wires and walkways gives the freedom to explore the native broadleaf trees from the top down.
