AFTER contributing more than 50 years of public service between them, three Bere Ferrers Parish Councillors have retired.
Phil Archer and Eoan Wager have both served for more than 20 years, while John Reddecliff has served for over ten years.
All have been chairman of the council and their knowledge of the area has been limitless.
They were each presented with framed photographs of different views of the parish and signed cards by members of the council.
They are seen here with long serving parish clerk Mary Taylor, who was presented with a glass vase for her support to them all and for her hard work involved with the recent rebuilding of the parish hall by the Bere Alston Regeneration Project.
