The shop, located on the outer perimeter of the Pannier Market, teaches people how to use computers and offers technical advice.
Director Janet Mashford said: 'During trading hours we sell a range of cards and gifts that are displayed outside.
'The stands outside the shop help raise funds but hide what we do inside. When customers come inside and see our office space and training area, they are pleasantly surprised.
'In this tiny shop/office, we teach people one-to-one to use the computer and give free advice on computer related problems.
'People donate laptops and computers, our volunteers restore the equipment and make it available at a low cost to those who cannot afford new.
'We do sell new laptops to those who can afford them and this in turn helps us raise funds we need to keep going.'
Over the past two years, the shop has had help from individuals, businesses and the local council.
Janet and her team expressed thanks to all those who have contributed to the recycling of equipment and the valued customers.
For more information contact the shop between 10am and 3pm, Tuesdays to Fridays on 01822 612292.
