KIERAN Rookes from Tavistock Swimming Club visited the Lord Mayor's Parlour in Plymouth to receive an award from the Lord Mayor Councillor Mary Aspinall. Kieran, (pictured above with the Lord Mayor), won the award as the top overall swimmer (BAGCAT award) in the 13-year-old boys age group at the annual City of Plymouth Swimming Gala held at Central Park, Plymouth.
