THIRTEEN-year-old Tom Howe from Kelly College has been selected to join the Great Britain Swimming Squad following his superb performances at the National Swimming Championships this summer in Sheffield — he won a silver and bronze medal in both the 400m and 200m freestyle respectively.

Tom will join the world class start squad in October for his first training weekend to be held at the British swimming headquarters in Loughborough. He follows in the footsteps of a long line of successful international swimmers from Kelly including the likes of Sharron Davies and his coach Robin Brew.
