THE young rugby players of Bridestowe did their school proud when they celebrated an outstanding success in the Plymouth and West Devon Tag Rugby tournament.

Held at UCP Marjon in Plymouth with 72 schools taking part, Bridestowe School were successful as Small Schools champions.

On the back of this success, Bridestowe were invited to take part in the Devon County finals, which attracted the best 16 teams in the county. This pitted them against other primary school, who were much larger in size. Picture by Ian Snell
