FORTY-six children and 44 adults enjoyed a fun-filled and magical morning in the land of Narnia — also known as Lifton Methodist Church!  

Once they passed through the wardrobe — quite literally — they enjoyed crafts, face painting games, stories, songs and refreshments in Mr and Mrs Beaver's café.

During the story-time, children were encouraged to think about the parallels between the story of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' and the Easter story.

The morning followed a successful FROG's after-school club at Lifton Primary.

FROG's was attended by 26 children and ran for four weeks. It was organised by the Rev Cathy Arscott and chapel members.

Children explored issues to do with faith and Christianity, in the context of the popular book and film – all while having fun. 

Thanks were expressed to all who helped make the club and fun morning such a success.
