THIS game was virtually over by half-time

Tavistock HCFC rushed to a 5-0 half at the interval.

Dom Beech opened the scoring within five minutes when he cut in from the left and curled the ball into the top corner of the net. This was shortly followed up when centre back Robert Moloney scored with a cushioned header into the far corner from a Phil Credicott cross.

Dom Beech scored his second with a deflected shot from a tight angle. Will Pike then added a fourth when being played through by Mark Wallace and he fired into the bottom corner. Tavistock AFC were starting to struggle when their keeper went down injured and Dan Behennah scored with a header into an empty goal.

Tavistock AFC started the second half a lot better and pulled one back when John Francis fouled an AFC player to give away a penalty which was cooly slotted home by Lowther. Tavistock Hire wrapped up the points when Dom Beech completed his hat-trick and substitute Aaron Burton added number seven.
