ON July 31, members of Okehampton Golf Club competed in a three ball team competition on a course in superb condition.

Winners of Division 1 were Paul Rattenbury, Matt Soby and Lee Pengelly with 86 points, second were Gareth Holt, Kevin Perryman and Nick Waldron with 85 points.

In third place were Mike Lang, Martin O'Connor and Jules Bennett with 83 points. Winners of Division 2 were Steve Browne, Andy Parry and Lewis Parry with 80pts winning on the back nine from Nick Redman, Matt Dean and Will Kinkead also with 80 points, in third place came Bob McDowell, Brian Fishleigh and Dave Lawson with 78 points.

The 2010 Junior Champion is Will Searle after a 36 hole competition was played on August 1 . Also contested on Sunday was The Dora Milner Mixed Trophy won by Allen Deakin and Maureen Howe.
