THE two Callington Community College pupils the Times reported in October as standing for the Youth Parliament East Cornwall have been joined by a third, Jonathan Hart, 15.
The three pupils ? Lorna Cannon, Matthew Waterworth and Jonathan ? face elections in December and, if elected to the Cornwall Youth Parliament, will gather with all the MYPs from across the UK to discuss key issues and concerns of youth.
Any elected member will also stand a chance of getting further involved with the UKYP and standing for the European Youth Parliament.
The three students have already made speeches in the Caradon Council chamber on matters such as transport and leisure facilities and the need of confidential help and advice centres.
