I RECENTLY had a riding accident and ended up on crutches. As a parent of a disabled child this left me in a predicament.
With the care of my son taken care of by social services, I tried to find a local takeaway that could deliver some food for me to my door.
I thought that this would be no problem as it seems to be the norm everywhere else. However, after phoning all the local takeaways I found that none in the area provided a delivery service.
There is a gap in the market for this in the Tavistock area , and maybe the local takeaways could look at providing this service. I am sure that I am not the only person in the area to feel that a local delivery service would be a great idea.
