NEXT Wednesday (July 21) will mark the return of cinema to Okehampton with Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King being shown at the Charter Hall at 7pm.
Tickets, priced at £3.75, are available from Millennium Music, and this will be followed by Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on August 4, with a matinee and evening showing and Shrek 2 in September.
Moving Pictures is a non-profit making organisation which has been able to bring community cinema to Okehampton with the help of Dorset company Moviola, who will supply the projection equipment. The Okehampton group is looking at buying its own projection equipment depending on the success of the films. To learn more about Moving Pictures log onto the website okemovingpictures.org
