I WAS outraged by the lack of interest by West Devon Borough Council to negotiate with the National Military Museum project organisers.
Looks like they have buried their heads in the sand again. They seem to find many greenfield sites to build hundreds of houses which local people, like myself, haven't got a hope in hell of buying.
This is a chance of a lifetime to put Okehampton on the world map, bring much needed jobs and boost local economy; what an opportunity.
Is it really going to pass us by? Do they really want Okehampton to be a big retirement town, because I don't.
