VANGA Pollock, the Okehampton woman who was released from hospital last week following a tragic double stabbing incident at her home, has contacted the Times to thank those who have supported her and aided her recovery.
Mrs Pollock said: ?I would like to express my appreciation of all the expressions and tokens of sympathy and comfort which I have received from my friends, customers and neighbours ?they feel like my extended family ? and all the practical help, advice and support which has been received from so many unexpected quarters at this tragic and unhappy time.?
Mrs Pollock?s brother Iko Vukov, died following the incident.
