WITH the new store having been open for four weeks now, I wanted to thank all the customers who have visited us and made us feel so welcome in Tavistock.
Improvements can always be made but I am pleased to report that our customer satisfaction scores are among the best within the business: really important feedback given that service is my number one first priority, and testament to all the hard work my colleagues have been putting in over the last few weeks.
I have thoroughly enjoyed talking to customers every day, and will continue to strive to make the shopping experience better for you wherever I can. For example, we have listened to feedback and added over 100 products since opening, including a bigger range of organic fruit and veg, to meet your local tastes. I look forward to receiving further recommendations.
You may have seen in this paper recently that we are also piloting a FareShare FoodCloud service to redistribute waste food to local charities. This is just one of the ways we’re hoping to support the local community and, to that end, our Community Champion, Heather would be delighted for you to visit her in store with your ideas.
