South Tawton village fête took place last weekend, with a variety of fun activities on offer.
The fête offered traditional dancing from the Cogs and Wheels Morris dancers, music from the Dartmoor Youth Roots Band, and stalls and sideshows.
For children there was the 'teddy zip line' in the church for their fuzz-filled friends (pictured below), and children from South Tawton Primary School put on a dance performance.
There was also a celebration of Tudor Church ales at the Seven Stars, and the South Tawton Art Group exhibition in the Church House to enjoy. As with every year, the puddings in the church proved popular, with queues throughout the day for around 20 different sweets.
The organisers are still tallying the funds but are optimistic the day raised plenty of funds for the church.
